When Does Daylight Saving Time Start
Daylight saving is a clock change, not a change in when the sun rises. The sunrise pages on this site format the clock in each city's own zone, so a clock change shows up as a shifted local time.
These are the 2026 offset changes for the cities on this site, taken from the timezone data on this computer:
- New York (America/New_York): 8 March 2026 at 03:00, 1 November 2026 at 02:00.
- London (Europe/London): 29 March 2026 at 02:00, 25 October 2026 at 02:00.
- Sydney (Australia/Sydney): 5 April 2026 at 03:00, 4 October 2026 at 03:00.

- Berlin (Europe/Berlin): 29 March 2026 at 03:00, 25 October 2026 at 03:00.
